I’m Jessica. I’ll keep my past short because the future is far more exciting! I like to think of every chapter in our lives as a brick, each one building the path that leads us to where we’re meant to be. My path just so happened to lead me to pallets—something I never would’ve expected, but wouldn’t trade for anything!

A little background: I spent 10 years in accounting, working away in a cubicle. I’m forever grateful for the experience, but I knew deep down it wasn’t my calling. My lightbulb moment came when I flipped a thrift shop dresser for $30, and it felt like a million bucks! That one flip sparked my curiosity, and soon enough, I discovered you could buy whole pallets of products. From my garage, I started flipping pallets—and I was hooked.

Oddly enough, I had never even stepped into a warehouse that sold pallets, I just bought them online! Since I couldn’t find a local spot, I decided to build my own. And that’s how Rochester Pallets was born.

What I love most is helping others build their own paths to success. Pallets are way more than just products—they’re opportunities. My mission is to create a welcoming, stress-free shopping experience, giving you the tools you need to start or grow your own business. This isn’t just my job; it’s a passion.
